The site is extremely slow due to the large size of the image files. Pictures are too large and client was not happy with the Times Roman font. Also, he did not like the colors. Since I am only updating the site, I changed the fonts (using HTML) and recreated the banner. Site completion date: November 1, 2004

    Current assessments are being made to: http://www.ecs-kc.com. Currently, I am working with the president of Entire Computer Solutions to completely redesign and optimize his website for search engines since his business is highly technical related. Researching internet marketing strategies and assist him in becoming as automated as possible. Site completion date: November 15, 2004.

    Niche marketing and sales expert. As the sole sales manager, it was necessary to gauge success based on niches. For example, I increased the number of religious meeting groups. It became easier to evaluate the results. 

    Assisted the CVB in creating their original website for marketing purposes. Assisted with the transition of the networked database from Groupwise/ACT 4.0 to Convention Bureau Software in 1999. 

    Evaluator for Division of Tourism Cooperative Marketing Committee from 1997-2000. Appointed by the Missouri Lt. Governor, Roger Wilson. Organizations in Missouri would submit grant proposals requesting matching dollars from the Division of Tourism for the cost of implementing events that would encourage increased tourism in their particular region. I was selected as one of eight (the only rep in the Lake of the Ozarks region) to review grant applications for a budget of $10 million. 

    Chairperson for the Missouri Division of Tourism Multicultural Marketing Advisory Group. Missouri began an initiative to increase the number of African Americans and Latinos to the region. The budget for this venture was $2.1 million dollars annually. Served on panels to judge the effectiveness of marketing campaigns from several ad agencies and selected vendors for these projects. 

    Governorís Conference on Tourism Award Committee.  

    Society of Government Meeting Planners National Conference Scholarship Recipient for marketing efforts to government meeting planners and for the organization.

    Coordinator of Meetings- Managed the annual statewide convention and quarterly meetings for the largest trade association in Missouri with over 18,000 members. Designed the meetings brochure, promotional materials, and calendar. Created written content for all literature promoting meetings and conventions. Coordinated meal functions, hotel accommodations, contract negotiations, and meeting budget. Handled contract negotiations and prepared bid proposals for meetings as far as five years out. Maintained detailed function sheets indicating communications between MAR staff, Realtor members, hotels and suppliers regarding meetings and trade shows.

    Direct management of onsite staff by delegating responsibilities at the registration table and each meeting and event.

    Project management was 85% of work duties for maintaining the vision of staff and Realtor members.
